INTRODUCTION






MES College for Advanced Studies at Edathala was established in the yaer 2005, as a self-financed college, affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and approved by the Government of Kerala, vide GO(MS) No.: 88/2005/H.Edn., dated 08-07-2005. The management has the vision of developing this institution into a premier centre of academic excellence by giving top priority to Post Graduate Studies and Research. It also envisages the upliftment of the socially and economically downtrodden students to have access to the highest academic accomplishments in their own areas of interest. It also aims at moulding and producing world-class professionals, so as to enable them to perch at ease in the job market anywhere in the world. MES College for Advanced Studies is located at Edathala North (near the Panchayath Office). It is 25 kms away from Cochin City and 14 kms from the International Airport at Nedumbassery. The nearest Railway Station is Aluva from Where the distance is only 7 kms.
