INTRODUCTION





N. S. S. Training College Changanacherry is established in 1954, it is the one of the best teacher education institution affiliated in Mahatma Gandhi University . The well orchestrated and dedicated efforts of students, the teaching and administrative staff has been instrumental in the institution securing B+ + grade from the NAAC in 2005. The graceful memory of the founder of N.S. S, the great Late Mannath Padmanabhan and his visions and work ethics remains as college's motivating force and guiding spirit. The out going students has won many a laurels for the college and contributed heavily to the moulding of the future generations through their unflinching commitments and ceaseless interests in the basic social issues.



FACILITIES.

Library
• The Library of the college is computerized. It remains open from 9am to 5pm on all working days.
• Every student is expected to use the library to the maximum.
• A student is permitted to take two books at a time.
• Books may not be retained by a student for more than14 days
• If any book is damaged or lost by any borrower, he/she should replace another copy of the book or pay three times the cost of the book.
• A fine of Rs 1/- will be levied for each student in the case of books not returned on the due date.
• Sub lending of books are not permissible.
