INTRODUCTION







The growing importance of the media and the desire to "Parish" to form an excellent media changanachiri with the right attitude has led to the creation of the "User" Village Media that their mark in the field of "education and media". As a first step, successfully established management infrastructure and facilities in the campus maintain and support higher levels of academic performance. "Village Media" devoted to the nation to provide vision right media for all to set good for creating a culture media on the basis of the value. From this vision that resulted in the formation of the "College of St. Joseph" communications, a major program unit of the media village.

St Joseph College of communication is the only College in Kerala dedicated exclusively for media courses. This Self financing College Kottayam MG was associated with universities. Now become SJCC land mark in the field of media education. It is open to all students irrespective of caste and creed; are adopted and cared for as they are and helps to develop in their cultural, social and religious traditions. It also focuses on the creation of a just and humane society, where he is respected the dignity of the human person, and unjust social structures are challenged, where our cultural heritage, Ahimsa, religious harmony and national integration are complied with, and the poor and the downtrodden, oppression, and are specially taken care of.


St. Joseph College of Communications is situated in Kurisummoodu , Kurisummoodu is in Kottayam District .The St. Joseph College of Communications was started and now in a good condition also . The St. Joseph College of Communications is affiliated in MG University . The St. Joseph College of Communications have the hostel fecilities and all other infrastructures . The St. Joseph College of Communications provide Bachelor degree courses in various streams like Arts , Commerce & Science also.



ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY.

The Mahatma Gandhi University (formerly Gandhiji University), with B+ accreditation of National Assessment and Accreditation Council, was established on 2nd October 1983, as the fifth University in the southern most State of Kerala, India.Hiving off the territorial jurisdiction of the mother institution – University of Kerala, as per the Mahatma Gandhi University Act, 12 of 1985, enacted by the Kerala Legislature, the University caters to the development of higher education of Central Kerala. Higher learning in the Revenue Districts of Kottayam, Ernakulam and Idukki,
