INTRODUCTION










Travancore Engineering College struggles to develop a disciplined, responsible, sincere and dedicated professional with the necessary skills to match the academic and market needs. Qualified faculty and State of the art laboratories providing the academic environment of excellence. Teaching and research, the Faculty is involved in counseling and career guidance. The College can legitimately claim to excellence in various quality parameters that define the institutions and obviously became the first choice of many demanding parent and their Department. The College is managed by TRAVANCORE education society Office at Kallambalam, Trivandrum district. The society formed by a group of visionaries and educationalist, whose contribution to the cause of education of our country in General, and educationally backward communities, in particular, is commendable. Professional management is our specialty. The College started in 2002-2003, a permanent campus with space attractive buildings, the College is located at Roadvila, near Oyoor 5 km from MC road and 12 km away from NH 47. Our nearest railway station is at Kollam.

We are committed to mold young engineers by providing consistent good education. We focus on the engineering education of high quality through the inclusion of positive attitude, technical competence and to adopt and comply with the quality management system. We also try to continually improve the educational system through the adoption of appropriate scientific approaches.



Library.

University Library in different branches of engineering, science and technology and 500 cd ROMs on a variety of topics, there are more than 10,000 book collection. Is it possible to copy the reference part photo. reading room, national and international technical magazines, journals and periodicals subscribed. Students are provided with audio and video reference. Library Hall is very spacious and is able to provide about 100 students at a time.Library 8 a. m, 6. p.m. kept open All holidays. Library, a separate digital library and staff resource center with computerized.
